We design residential schemes which work. Our early involvement in residential schemes ensures that the right infrastructure and base design are implemented. Proactive interaction with the lead architect and local authorities ensures confidence that particular conditions and goods can be achieved. Early agreement of best heating operations will give the developer an insight into what is available and at what cost. We weigh up construction costs supported by different u value options which affect wall thickness, material costs and heating options/fuel source. We work with private clients/developers/local authorities here in Ireland and the UK and the Middle East to develop residential schemes on a grand scale. Schemes ranging from 50 dwellings up to the thousands integrated with retail amenities to suit each site and the needs of the residents.

One of our most challenging project designs

In Iraq’s central Bagdad we designed MEP services for a new housing town mark scheme. Using modular units designed to sustain extreme climate conditions. Our input as a company also lead us to provide designs for utility services for the development – power stations, waste treatment, water tower storage, salt towers energy provision, communications & site services infrastructure.

Our engineering designs work for all types of dwellings ranging from low cost modular units, high rise, community housing schemes, townland housing schemes and one off bespoke dwellings. We design new homes and residential schemes representing modern living expectations while achieving optimum performance levels, reduced CO2 emissions and Part L Compliance.
